Dear Florist,
I just wanted to say Thank You for the beautiful flower arrangement you made
for my mom's cremation urn. It was "way" more beautiful than the
picture in the book; the white carnations with the red roses at the base
reminded me of a "wedding bouquet"! The red roses are the most beautiful
I"ve ever seen and they are still vibrant 4 days later.

beautiful flower arrangement delivered to Garden Of Memories Funeral Chapel.
A dear family friend passed away suddenly and your organization only had a
few hours notice to complete the order. I called your office on Sunday

expecting to get a recording when I was pleasantly surprised to have a
person answer the phone.
